FOR FIRE AND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
The City of Millbrook Fire Department operates three fire stations strategically placed throughout the city to provide the fastest response times possible. They are located on Grandview Road across from the Police Department, on Deatsville Highway near The Pines Golf Course, and at the intersection of Deatsville Highway and Myrick Road. The department was recently awarded an ISO rating of 3, making it one of the top-rated departments in the state and significantly lowering insurance premiums for our residents and business owners. It also provides emergency ambulance service within the city and its police jurisdiction. The Millbrook Fire Department has some of the newest equipment on the market, thanks to the citizens of Elmore County who in the past voted in favor of a $50.00 fee to be placed on each house in the county. This fee appears on your annual ad valorum tax bill, is collected by Elmore County and distributed to the fire departments throughout the county. The department also holds an annual fund raiser in April by taking family or individual professional portraits.
