The Millbrook Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Millbrook Judicial Building Courtroom, 3841 Grandview Road. They will hear discussion, pro or con, per the following requests:
Todd Ayers - River Subdivision: Sketch Plan Review
The sketch plan of Todd Ayers - River Subdivision, located off of Alabama River Parkway south of the Alabama River Parkway Toll Bridge, has been submitted for review. This proposed subdivision of land displays 25 lots within the approximate 449.22 acres of property in the Millbrook Planning Jurisdiction for residential and recreational development.
This is a public hearing and all interested parties are welcome to attend and participate in discussion. Please contact the City of Millbrook Planning Department at 285-6428 with any questions.
A work session of the Millbrook Planning Commission will be held on this same date at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the Millbrook Judicial Building, 3841 Grandview Road.
