12:00 AM - 12:00 AM Millbrook Court Amnesty Program
The Millbrook Municipal Court is offering an Amnesty Program to allow defendants to resolve their delinquent warrants.

If you have an unpaid fine, or a ticket for which you never appeared in court, you probably have an outstanding warrant for your arrest. The Amnesty Program offers you an opportunity to pay your delinquent fines and to clear up outstanding warrants without being arrested.

Between February 22, 2010 until February 26, 2010, you may come to Millbrook Municipal Court, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to pay your delinquent fines and costs. Or, you may present yourself to the Magistrate prior to that date to seek a resolution to your case(s). If you pay your fines and cost in full, any outstanding warrants against you will be withdrawn. You will then have a clear slate with this Court.

Anyone who cannot pay their fines and cost in full will be allowed to pay one-half (1/2) of their outstanding fines and cost, and will be referred to Judicial Corrections Service - probation, who will set a payment plan for the balance to be paid.

People with warrants still in effect after the Amnesty Program has ended will be subject to arrest.

Please take advantage of this opportunity to avoid being arrested. Anyone with questions may call 334-285-6475 between the hours of 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
